VERSANDINFORMATIONEN

1. Orders are processed immediately after finalising payment transactions.
2. Shipping method and address should be provided by the Customer in order form. This ensures problem-free product delivery.
3. Shipping is performed by DPD courier services or Polish Post.
4. Shipping costs depend on shipping method, carrier and payment form.
5. Waiting time is a sum of processing time and delivery time. Usually deliveries are received within 10 business days.
6. Personal pick up – possible after 5 days from the date the order is placed.
7. We accept orders with delivery abroad. Shipping costs are as per payment table.
